QR Inventory runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets. Its language model and supporting voice software run on the device. Audio never leaves the device. If service is unavailable, the app queues the structured request until service returns.

Ask a business question in plain language.
An employee can say, “show all generators with voltage 120.” QR Inventory interprets the request and finds the matching generator records. The employee then sees the records and their voltage values.

The device turns speech into the same structured request that normal app fields create. The structured request, not audio, reaches the cloud.
The cloud service formats the request as SQL, checks it, and runs it against approved data. SQL is the database request language. If service drops, the app holds the structured request and sends it when service returns.

Customers choose which transaction types may run without manual review. QR Inventory repeats and checks the details before completing those transactions.

AI-assisted onboarding
Employees can learn in two ways at the same time.
One path offers guided setup with forward and back steps through setup and transactions. The other lets an employee ask a natural-language question and get immediate help with the current task.
What users reported
Two groups rated how easy the system was to start using.
More than 100 people answered the same voluntary anonymous survey during one three-month period. The standard onboarding and app group averaged 7.3 out of 10. A different group with AI-assisted onboarding and voice access averaged 9.4 out of 10.

Methodology note

- Group one used standard human-led onboarding and the standard app.
- Group two began with human-led onboarding, then received access to AI-assisted onboarding and the voice-enabled app.
- The comparison reports perceived ease and does not prove that one feature caused the difference.
