In the review we sit with the people who do the work and follow one task from start to finish. What you get is a short written map: who touches the record, which system owns each fact, where the waiting happens, and what gets typed twice.
Choosing is a comparison, not a pitch. We compare the four options by cost, disruption, and risk. Sometimes the honest answer is a feature you already own.
The build runs on your real records, not a demo set. You see a working version early, while it is still cheap to change, and you tell us where it gets the work wrong. We test the cases that break it as carefully as the ones that succeed.
Support continues after launch and through the first busy period, when unusual situations often appear. You get a named person to call. When the work changes, we can adjust the workflow instead of asking employees to work around it.

BusinessForward.AI is led by Alexander Heiphetz, Ph.D., co-founder of AHG, Inc. He has built and shipped business software since 1994, including inventory, mobile, and integration systems. He now leads BusinessForward's AI workflow projects.
